Using Entrolyte H.E.

Entrolyte H.E. was first developed as a nutritional supplement for calves. It has been successfully used with llamas.

C. Norman Evans D.V.M., author of Veterinary Lama Field Manual suggests that it be given as follows:

HEAT STRESS Mix both sides of the packet in one gallon of cool water and administer two times a day.

LIVER PROBLEMS Mix one packet in 2 to 3 gallons of drinking water daily for seven days.

WEAK CRIAS Mix in one half gallon of water and give 3 to 4 ounces every 2 to 3 hours rather than or mixed with milk.

MUST BE MIXED FRESH DAILY Keep unused portion refrigerated.
Shake well before using and throw out any that is not used within 24 hours.
